Here is a list of food that you need to eat to survive. Well, you can survive without eating this stuff, but if you want to eat a diet full of protein, cholesterol lowering fats, fiber, vitamins and minerals, check it out. These are also foods that won’t go bad very quickly.
If you care about your health, locate these foods without any added sugar, salt or hydrogen. If you want, you can add your own raw sugar or honey and sea salt. I’d also recommend taking some vitamins (at least a multiple vitamin and Omega-3 supplement).
Almonds
Peanuts
Peanut butter
Sunflower seeds
Raisins
Triscuits
Bananas
Carrots
Canned pinto and green beans
100% fruit and vegetable juice
Whole wheat cereal
Coffee and tea
Salad
Orange juice
Yogurt
Blueberries
Locusts
This is not a complete list, but it hit’s the major food groups and gives you a great deal of nutrition and a lot of bang for your buck. Plus, you should be able to find any of these things at CostCo or Walmart and many of them will be in your local grocery or convenience store.
